This Service Level Disclaimer defines operational expectations for WellStreak AI platform availability and performance.
Unless explicitly stated in a separately executed enterprise agreement, this page does not create a guaranteed uptime SLA.

2.1 Availability and Maintenance

WellStreak AI targets commercially reasonable service availability, subject to scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, and third-party dependencies.
Maintenance windows may temporarily impact access, feature behavior, or response latency.

2.2 Third-Party Dependencies

Service experience can be affected by external providers including cloud infrastructure, payment gateways, model providers, and communication channel APIs.
WellStreak AI is not responsible for external outages, API restrictions, policy changes, or delayed third-party incident recovery.

3.1 Performance Variability

Response times, automation quality, and throughput may vary based on workload volume, data quality, network conditions, integration health, and model provider performance.
No warranty is provided that every workflow will execute with identical latency or output quality in all operating conditions.

4.1 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid credentials, approved integration configuration, and compliant data inputs.
Customers must establish business continuity procedures appropriate for their operational risk profile.

5.1 Liability and Remedies

Service disruptions are governed by limitation and remedy provisions under the Terms of Service.
Absent a signed SLA addendum, no automatic service credits are implied by this disclaimer.
