Refund Policy

This policy explains how WellStreak handles refund requests for subscription payments and billing disputes.

Last updated: February 18, 2026

1. Trial Access

WellStreak offers a limited trial period for eligible new workspaces to evaluate product fit before paid commitment.

Trial availability, duration, and feature scope may vary by plan and may be modified for risk, compliance, or operational reasons.

2. Billing Model

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to the selected cycle. Charges are considered authorized when a valid account owner/admin initiates payment through the official billing workflow.

Customers are responsible for reviewing plan selection, billing cadence, and workspace access prior to payment confirmation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered for duplicate charges, confirmed unauthorized transactions, payment gateway errors, or material service delivery failures directly attributable to WellStreak.

Each request is reviewed based on account history, invoice data, platform logs, and applicable payment provider records.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Generally non-refundable cases include completed billing periods with normal product access, customer-side configuration issues, or non-usage after activation.

Refunds may also be denied for policy abuse, prohibited use violations, referral fraud, chargeback misuse, or contract breach.

5. Request Process

To request a refund, contact support@wellstreak.io with invoice number, workspace email, payment date, and detailed reason for request.

Submit refund requests promptly after charge confirmation. Delayed requests may be denied if supporting logs are unavailable or risk obligations require retention enforcement.

6. Decision and Processing Timeline

WellStreak aims to review valid refund requests within a reasonable operational window. If approved, processing timelines depend on payment provider settlement and bank handling cycles.

Partial refunds, credits, or alternative remedies may be offered where appropriate based on case-specific circumstances.
