Intellectual Property Policy

1.1 Ownership of Platform IP

All rights, title, and interest in WellStreak AI software, architecture, source code, interfaces, documentation, and branding remain the exclusive property of WellStreak AI and its licensors.
No transfer of intellectual property ownership occurs through account registration, subscription purchase, or service access.

1.2 Limited License to Customers

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services during active subscription periods and in accordance with legal terms.
This license does not authorize resale, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or derivative platform replication.

2.1 Customer Content Rights

Customers retain ownership of original content and data uploaded to their workspace.
Customers grant WellStreak AI a limited processing license necessary to host, secure, route, analyze, and support service functionality.

2.2 Restrictions

You must not copy, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from proprietary WellStreak AI components except where required by non-waivable law.
You must not remove proprietary notices, trademarks, or attribution marks from platform outputs and interfaces.

3.1 Trademark and Brand Use

WellStreak AI marks, logos, and brand assets may not be used without prior written authorization, except as expressly permitted by brand guidelines.
Unauthorized brand usage that implies partnership, endorsement, or ownership may trigger enforcement actions.

4.1 Infringement Claims and Notice

If you believe your intellectual property rights are infringed through the Services, submit a written notice to support@wellstreakai.com with sufficient evidence.
Notices should include rights owner identity, protected work description, infringement details, and good-faith declaration.

4.2 Enforcement and Remedies

WellStreak AI may remove or restrict allegedly infringing material, suspend accounts, or take legal action where required.
False, abusive, or misleading infringement notices may result in policy enforcement under applicable agreements.

5.1 Governing Law and Updates

This policy is governed by laws of India and interpreted with the Terms of Service.
WellStreak AI may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or product changes.
