Prohibited Use

WellStreak is intended for lawful, ethical business automation. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• You must not use WellStreak for fraud, phishing, deception, impersonation, or other illegal activity.
• You must not process personal data without lawful basis, authorization, or required notices to end users.
• You must not use AI employees for harassment, hate speech, violent threats, discrimination, or harmful coercion.
• You must not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, subscription enforcement, or access boundaries.
• You must not upload malware, exploit payloads, or content intended to damage systems or compromise third parties.
• You must not use the platform for unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, or social engineering campaigns.
• You must not resell, sublicense, or misuse the platform in violation of contract, law, or third-party terms.
• You must not create synthetic accounts, fake referrals, or any activity designed to exploit rewards or billing systems.

Enforcement Framework

Depending on severity and recurrence, WellStreak may apply one or more of the following actions:

• Issue warnings and request remediation steps
• Suspend specific integrations or workspace functions
• Temporarily restrict account access
• Terminate accounts for severe or repeated violations
• Share information with legal authorities where required by law
