Acceptable Use Policy

Platform conduct requirements for lawful and safe operation of WellStreak AI workflows.

1.1 Policy Objective

This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited conduct when accessing or using WellStreak AI Services.
This policy protects customers, end users, partners, and platform integrity, and forms part of the Terms of Service.

2.1 User Responsibility

You are responsible for all content, workflows, prompts, and integration actions configured in your workspace.
You must ensure lawful data use, proper permissions, and compliance with third-party platform terms.
You must implement human oversight for high-risk and regulated decision areas.

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Services for fraud, deception, phishing, impersonation, or any illegal conduct.
You must not use the Services to process personal data without lawful basis, notice, or required authorization.
You must not distribute malware, exploit code, malicious scripts, or disruptive payloads via the Services.
You must not perform harassment, hate speech, violent threats, or coercive communications using platform automations.
You must not circumvent usage limits, access controls, billing mechanisms, or security protections.
You must not use the Services for unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, social engineering, or similar abuse.
You must not manipulate referrals, create synthetic accounts, or engage in payment abuse and chargeback misuse.

4.1 AI-Specific Restrictions

AI outputs must not be used as sole basis for legal, medical, financial, tax, or employment decisions without qualified human review.
You must not intentionally configure AI workflows to generate unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful outcomes.
You must not represent AI-generated output as guaranteed fact without validation appropriate to the use case.

5.1 Enforcement Actions

WellStreak AI may issue warnings, request remediation, restrict features, suspend integrations, suspend accounts, or terminate access based on severity and recurrence.
Where legally required, WellStreak AI may preserve evidence and cooperate with competent authorities.
Immediate suspension may be applied for urgent security, legal, or safety risks.

6.1 Reporting and Cooperation

Suspected misuse should be reported to support@wellstreakai.com with relevant evidence and context.
Users are expected to cooperate with reasonable investigation and remediation requests related to policy enforcement.

7.1 Governing Law and Updates

This policy is interpreted under the laws of India and dispute framework set out in the Terms of Service.
WellStreak AI may revise this policy to reflect legal, operational, security, and product changes.
