These Terms of Service govern your use of WellStreak AI websites, applications, APIs, integrations, and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the services.

WellStreak provides a structured AI workforce platform that allows customers to hire role-based AI employees, configure training data, route conversations across channels, monitor analytics, and manage subscriptions.

Features may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or retire specific capabilities in order to improve reliability, security, legal compliance, or product quality.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, securing credentials, and controlling access to workspace users and integrations.

You are responsible for all activities under your account, including team actions, configured AI behavior, connected channels, and content uploaded to the platform.

You must use the service lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations, contractual obligations, and third-party platform terms.

Use that involves fraud, abuse, harassment, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized data processing, or system disruption is prohibited and may lead to suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant WellStreak a limited license to host, process, and transmit such data only as required to operate and support the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded data and integration activity are authorized, lawful, and consistent with your privacy obligations.

WellStreak may provide trial access for a limited period. Trial and paid feature access are controlled by subscription status and billing events.

Paid plans are billed in advance per selected billing cycle. Failed or expired payment status may restrict access to subscription-gated capabilities until account status is restored.

Referral rewards are governed by the Referral Terms page and may require successful paid conversion, eligibility checks, and anti-fraud validation.

WellStreak may withhold or reverse referral rewards for self-referrals, policy abuse, duplicate account structures, or payment disputes.

The WellStreak platform, branding, software, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted, no license or ownership transfer is provided to customers.

You may not reverse engineer, duplicate, resell, or exploit the service in ways that violate these terms or applicable law.

AI-generated outputs may not always be complete or appropriate for every context. Customers should apply human review for sensitive, regulated, or high-risk decisions.

The service is provided on an as-available basis, subject to maintenance, external provider dependencies, and operational constraints.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellStreak and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.

Total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the customer to WellStreak for the service in the period specified by applicable law or agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, policy enforcement, or payment non-compliance. Customers may discontinue use at any time.

Upon termination, data access and deletion workflows are handled according to applicable policies, contracts, and legal obligations.

These terms are interpreted and enforced according to applicable laws and contractual commitments between WellStreak and customer organizations.
