Last updated: February 18, 2026

1. Program Eligibility

  • Referral participation is available to registered WellStreak users with valid accounts.
  • Each eligible user receives a unique referral code and link tied to their account.
  • Referred organizations must be new customer entities not previously billed by WellStreak.

2. Referred User Benefits

  • Qualified referred accounts may receive promotional discount benefits as defined in the active referral program.
  • Discounts may be limited to first paid cycle and may not combine with all other promotions.
  • Final discount application is validated at checkout and subject to anti-abuse review.

3. Referrer Rewards

  • Referrers may earn commission when referred accounts complete verified paid conversion.
  • Commission status progresses through pending, qualified, and paid states based on billing verification.
  • Payout timing may depend on refund windows, fraud checks, and payment confirmation integrity.

4. Prohibited Referral Activity

  • Self-referrals, duplicate account structures, fake identities, and circular referrals are prohibited.
  • Automated code abuse, coupon manipulation, and fraudulent traffic generation are prohibited.
  • Any attempt to exploit referral economics may result in reward forfeiture and account action.

5. Validation and Disputes

  • WellStreak retains sole authority to validate referral attribution and payout eligibility.
  • Customers must report referral disputes within 30 days of conversion event date.
  • Incomplete evidence or delayed claims may prevent successful dispute resolution.

6. Program Changes

  • WellStreak may modify referral rates, discount structure, qualification logic, or program availability at any time.
  • Program updates apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law or explicit contractual commitments.
  • Continuing participation after updates indicates acceptance of revised referral terms.
